First thing today, we visited Tel Hazor National Park World Heritage Site.
Tel Hazor is located in the Hula Valley at the foot of the Galilee mountains. Let me just tell you that our guide, Selah, is a brilliant teacher. He takes us to a site and brings it to life with biblical reference and scripture. He is the most knowledgeable teacher we could have asked for. He pulled up the Bible as we left to read the scripture that goes with the location we are at. Joshua 11:10. Even though is was very cloudy, we were able to see the stones and areas that have been uncovered. This was where Joshua fought Jabin and burned the city down. We could see the towers and temple.
